GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, mining enterprises and other power users with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A in distribution systems. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment.

Structural Characteristics And Functions

The cabinet body adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the framework is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The framework parts and special supporting parts are supplied by designated steel production factories to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body.
There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top for the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotary movable hinge, making it easy to install and disassemble. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When opening the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.
